In your written submission, please provide a clear and detailed description of the facts being reported; whenever possible, avoid insults and disparagement, unless they are necessary for a proper understanding of the facts presented.
Once the complaint is submitted, the established protocols for this purpose will be activated. The response to your complaint will not be immediate, given the processing and analysis required.
