What materials does Grupo Lampa purchase?

We purchase industrial metal scrap, mainly ferrous scrap, recovered non-ferrous materials and waste from production processes or industrial dismantling.

What materials do you not accept?

We do not accept pressurized cylinders, fire extinguishers, batteries, hazardous waste, materials contaminated with chemicals, non-metallic waste or material suspected of radiation, among others. For more details, check our Prohibited Materials section.

Where are your plants and yards located?

We have a network of yards and plants from Antofagasta to Temuco, with national coverage.

Do you pick up material at client facilities?

Yes. We provide on-site industrial solutions for the removal and processing of materials directly at our clients’ facilities.

How is material weighing done?

All materials enter our facilities through certified weighing and documentary record.

Do you provide final disposal certificates?

Yes. We issue final disposal certificates according to client requirements and current regulations.

What is the payment process like?

Payment terms are agreed in advance with each client and supplier, based on volume and type of material.

Do you export materials?

Yes. We commercialize and export recycled materials to international markets.

Can I visit the facilities?

Yes. Visits must be coordinated in advance with our team.
