As every year, Grupo Lampa took a moment to pause, reconnect, and close the year together after a period of intense work, learning, and challenges overcome.
Our Year-End Celebration was designed as an opportunity to thank the people who make the company’s operations and growth possible every day. The event brought together employees and teams in a relaxed and positive atmosphere, featuring recreational activities and a strong sense of team spirit.
The day included table tennis and foosball games, a football tournament, group dance sessions, music for all tastes, and, of course, a traditional barbecue that encouraged conversation and connection.
Beyond the celebration itself, the gathering served as an opportunity to strengthen relationships, recognize collective effort, and reinforce the values that define us as a group: collaboration, respect, and genuine care for people.
