On November 14 and 15, we held a strategic session at Aguas del Monte, in Tomé, Biobío Region, specially designed for the leaders of each area within Grupo Lampa.
The focus of the meeting was to collaboratively define the strategic objectives and priorities for 2026, moving forward with a unified and forward-looking perspective aligned with the company’s upcoming challenges.
This collaborative exercise also strengthened our teams, reinforced our corporate values, and advanced the development of a shared leadership model aligned with the purpose that drives our daily work.
The meeting reaffirmed our conviction that at Grupo Lampa, leadership is built as a team effort — aligning purpose, vision, and commitment.
