Due to the high temperatures registered, the Regional Government has issued an Action Plan to protect the population’s health during the days of extreme heat in Región Metropolitana. This “Code Red” consists of three types of alerts, preventive green, yellow and red. Each of these advises different recommendations and actions for the wellbeing of residents and workers.
In case of reaching a temperature over 35°C, our team will receive an alert to protect their health during work hours. This alert is one of the many measures we have put in place as part of our commitment to safety and the wellbeing of our colleagues.
We join the Regional Governments call to take preventative action un days of extreme heat, and we are grateful to the creation of an Action Plan that helps us keep a safe and healthy work environment.
