On the 12th of September our General Manager Victor Jara Barril and our Legal Advisor Cristian Jara participated in a meeting of around 50 Chilean companies from different areas and 20 members of the Turkish Steel Exporters Association, who have arrived to our country seeking investment, infrastructure among other businesses.
Selda Nil GÜNER, comercial advisor for the Turkish Embassy in Chile indicated that “Turkish companies were very happy with this meeting, especially because of the large number of attendants and the great level of companies that attended”.
The Turkish Steel Exporters Association is the fifth largest steel exporter in the world. They produced over 35,5 million tons of raw steel in 2022 as well as export to 200 hundred countries. Their main products include alloy steel bars and wires, pipes, steel sheets, screws, scrap, and construction applications.
